• International orders: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@badgeglow.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
